As in the past, some help towards the cost of travel and accommodation will be available for young European graduate students under 30 years of age. Selected candidates will receive a voucher for pre-paid accommodation for 6 nights or a cash equivalent, depending on organizational availability, plus a small amount of pocket money, and travel expenses (second class train or equivalent value) upon presentation of the ticket. The registration fee will be waived and the proceedings will be free of charge. Applications for support must be submitted on a special application form by the deadline of Friday 20 March 1998. Successful applicants will be informed by end March, and will be required to respond with a formal acceptance by end April. Application forms may be obtained from the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee. The pdf Form may also be printed from the Web.
