Hotel Booking Service
Hotel reservations are handled by the Stockholm Convention Bureau. To make your reservation, please use the Hotel Reservation Form distributed with the First Announcement and Call for Papers. You may also print out the pdf Web Hotel Reservation Form, or contact the Stockholm Convention Bureau.
The Stockholm Convention Bureau will operate on a 'first come - first served' basis with incoming requests. In order to fulfil your requirements, you are advised to make your room reservation at your earliest convenience. If you have any enquiries or request for additional information, alterations or cancellations of room reservation, do not hesitate to contact Stockholm Convention Bureau.

Hotels, Categories and Prices
Rooms are pre-booked in different price categories. All rooms are fully equipped with shower and/or bath, telephone and TV. All hotels are located in the very centre of Stockholm, close to the Central Railway Station, airport buses, and only a few minutes walk away from the conference venue. Accommodation in shared room. Rate approx. SEK 200 per night and bed. The conference venue is easily reached by underground.
All hotel rates are valid per room and night, including breakfast buffet/continental breakfast, service and VAT. The prices are the estimated prices for June 1998 and may be subject to change. You will be notified of the exact price in the confirmation letter. Taxes or official charges are subject to change without notice.
Please make reservations in good time, and if possible before 17 April 1998.
Deposits, Payment, etc.
Hotel accommodation is payable directly to the hotel upon checkout. There is no deposit payable in advance, but reservations are guaranteed by signing the Reservation Form and giving a credit card number.
If a delegate does not have a credit card, a hotel deposit of SEK 1000 (SEK 200 for youth hostel) is requested to be paid in advance. This prepayment will be deducted from the bill.
Cancellations are to be made in writing to the Stockholm Convention Bureau one week prior to arrival at the latest. Thereafter the cost of the first night's accommodation may be charged to your credit card number.
