Registration
General
If you wish to attend EPAC'98 please fill in the registration form mailed together with the First Announcement and Call for Papers and send it by post or by fax to the EPAC'98 Local Secretariat, together with the payment of the conference fee, etc.
Alternatively, there is a text form, which you can print out, fill in and fax (+46 8 15 86 74) or post back to us, not forgetting to arrange your payment.
Registration Fees, if received before 17 April 1998 are as follows:

Payment
The fee covers the cost of the Proceedings (CD ROM), the reception and the conference dinner. Payment must accompany registration and must be made by:
- Bank transfer in Swedish Crowns (stating clearly the name of the participant, project no. and department no., as shown below)

- Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard and Eurocard) are accepted. Payment by credit card is only accepted if sent by post. The card no. and expiration date must be given and the form must be signed by the cardholder.
No cheques will be accepted. Payment upon late registration at the conference must be made credit card as above or cash in SEK.
Any cancellations, modifications, etc. must be communicated directly to the EPAC'98 Secretariat. In the case of written cancellations made before 17 April 1998, 70% of the total pre-paid amount will be refunded. No reimbursement can be made for cancellation after this date.
Registration Hours at the Conference
Registration will take place from 16h00 to 20h00 on Sunday 21 June 1998. Thereafter the Registration Desk will be open as follows

A cash bar will be open throughout registration on Sunday 21 June 1998.
