If you wish to attend EPAC 2000 you can fill in the registration form mailed together with the First Announcement and Call for Papers and mail it to the address above. You may alternatively register via the Web or recover the .doc file and send it by post or by fax to the Austropa Interconvention, EPAC 2000 , together with the payment of the conference fee, etc.

Please follow the instructions included before submitting it.

To avoid double registration, registration forms sent by fax should NOT be sent again by hard mail.

The registration fee covers:

- The Proceedings (CD-ROM)
- Documents including the Abstracts Brochure and Programme
- Conference Dinner
- Cocktail Reception
- Reception at the City Hall (partially sponsored by the Mayor of Vienna)
- Coffee breaks

Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.

Payment:

In case payment should not be received before 17 April 2000, the registration fee will be increased automatically to the late registration fee. Bank transfers are accepted until 14 June 2000. After this date, only on-site registration will be accepted at the conference centre (no cheques, only cash and credit cards).

Bank transfer in ATS/EURO (free of charge for the recipient) to the EPAC-Austropa account no. 602 599 359 at Bank Austria, Vienna, bank code 20 151. All participants are reminded to indicate their names in all remittances and the purpose for which the payment is made. Credit cards (VISA, Master, Dinners Club) are accepted. No cheques will be accepted.

Confirmation of registration:

The Conference Guide will be mailed to all persons who have registered with the intention of attending the conference. Acknowledgement of payment will be made to each participant on receipt of payment. No confirmation of payment will be sent before payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation by their bank to the registration desk in Vienna when registering at the conference when collecting their conference documents.

Cancellation of registration:

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to Austropa Interconvention. Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before 14 June 2000, 70% of the total registration fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Any refunds will be made after the conference.

Official invitations:

Official letters of invitation to the conference can be provided to participants upon request. It should be noted, however, that by supplying such a letter the Local Organizing Committee is under no obligation to the person concerned. Special letters for visa purposes may also be provided upon request. Requests should be directed to Austropa Interconvention.
